These terms cover use of https://metcalf-media.com. They don't govern client work — that's covered by whatever is signed between Metcalf Media LLC and the client, and where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Nothing on this site is a promise of leads, jobs, revenue, rankings or any other outcome. Metcalf Media doesn't offer a results guarantee and won't write one into a contract, because nobody controls what a market, an offer and a sales team do together.
Where figures appear, they describe what a specific named or described client achieved in their own market with their own offer, pricing and follow-up. They're examples, not projections, and not typical results.
Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform. It's separate from, and additional to, Metcalf Media's fees.
The production credits
Organizations named as production clients commissioned photography or video from Metcalf Media. Their appearance on this site is a production credit and nothing more. It doesn't mean Metcalf Media ran their advertising, managed their marketing, or influenced their revenue, and it doesn't imply they endorse any other service described here.
Pricing
This site publishes no prices. Any figure quoted for work is given directly, in writing, after a conversation, and only that written quote is binding.
Where the cost of something a third party charges is mentioned in a guide, it's a general observation about the market and not an offer, a quote, or a statement about any particular company.
Who owns what
The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to Metcalf Media LLC or to whoever licensed them to it, except for third-party logos, which belong to their owners and appear as production credits.
You're welcome to quote or link to this site with attribution. Republishing whole pages isn't permitted.
In client work, the client owns their domain, their hosting accounts, their advertising accounts and the finished creative produced for them. That's a standing commitment and it appears here so it's on the record.
Links out
This site links to Google, to social platforms and to sources for the facts on its service-area pages. Metcalf Media doesn't control those sites and isn't responsible for what they contain or how they handle your information.
Limits
This site is provided as it is. Metcalf Media works to keep it accurate and available but doesn't warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that can't lawfully be limited.
